This is really a very good and easy pie/tart and I will make it again. But it is very juicy. I almost made it on a pizza stone, at the last minute decided it would be better to put it on a regular pizza pan, boy am I glad I did, otherwise I would have had a real mess in the oven!! If anyone has any advise on how to keep the juice from bubbling over, I most certainly would appreciate it.

I love this quick and easy pie/tart. I use 1/2 cup sugar when I make it. Love it with a little Cool Whip or ice cream. 8)

This is very easy and so yummy! It was a little juicy though, so don't skip the foil lining of the pan. I will definitely make this again!
